Update regarding “Complete Renovation of the Old Student Residence in the NTUA Campus at Zografou”

Following the Decision of the NTUA Rectorate Board , dated 27.12.2022, regarding the project: “Total Renovation of the Old Student Residence in the NTUA Campus at Zografou” under the provisions of Law 3389/2005 on Public-Private Partnerships, and the subsequent Decision of the Interministerial Committee on Public-Private Partnerships dated 9.2.2023, approving the relevant application for inclusion, funding for the Advisors for ΣΔΙΤ was requested by the NTUA Administration, in accordance with Article 128 of Law 4412/16.

 

Funding for the Advisors for the joint venture was secured following the Decision of the NTUA Administrative Board dated 20.3.2025 regarding the feasibility of submitting a funding proposal, the Decision of the Minister of Education, Religious Affairs & Sports dated 20.5.2025 concerning the inclusion of the project “Advisory Services for supporting NTUA up to the selection of the Private Partner for the project ΣΔΙΤ ‘Total Renovation of the Old Student Residence in the NTUA Campus at Zografou,’” and the Decision of the Deputy Minister of National Economy & Finance dated 6.6.2025 concerning the inclusion of the Advisors’ funding in the Public Investment Development Program (PIP).

 

The funding amounts to €523,180.80 including VAT and covers Technical, Legal, and Financial-Technical Advisory Services for the preparation of tender documents and the draft Partnership Agreement, as well as support in the evaluation of bids until the signing of the contract for the project: “Total Renovation of the Old Student Residence in the NTUA Campus at Zografou.”

 

The budget for the Total Renovation of the Old Student Residence amounts to €49,095,038.52 including 24% VAT.
