			Different thoughts of people are registered continuously and uninterrupted.
		Analyzed and grouping into subjective unities by suitable algorithms combined of modifying criteria.
		Algorithms undertake to compose continuously transforming confused opinions thematically mutual.
		The group acquires organic substance, collective mind.
		The sourcefull will of the person exist through the common will.
		The collective will of group constitutes materialized.
 
	The text is based on personal thoughts with
subjective mainly character. In the last part I describe in brief an
extremely imaginary situation setting the limits to the
evolutionary stages of the procedure of decision taking a
civil content.
